Nov 18 Our deck of cards finally got a container Fishing at the Taylor River. Bumpy backroads back to campsite. Lots of little waterfalls, narrow one lane bridges, Cedar saplings and POTHOLES! Bouncy! Nov 19 Linda roasts Pumpkin for Pie and does laundry while Rog slaves away in Photoshop (with coffee at Timmie’s) Linda wins at cribbage. Mobile on the go printing at Staples (from our phone to their printer, self-serve). Groceries and gas for the truck. Returned home and found power out, for second time in a week… we’re running on battery power (or generator in worst case) to keep warm until power returns… Nov 20 Visitor Info Centre (Rog bought a VI fishing guide) (VI = Vancouver Island) Hwy #4 blocked by trees down in Cathedral Grove because of “Bomb Cyclone Winds” Some shopping and reading.
