Oyster River potholes.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “Do one thing every day that scares you,”

For Rog, this day, walking across this bridge, was it! But he did it.

Worked on photos in cafe

Linda went beach combing at Oyster river estuary and found Fungi along the way

Cribbage victory!

Dec 1

Linda searches North side trails along Oyster River then goes in search of Tidal Pools with “Squishy things”, but tide wasn’t low enough.

Rog has a sick day and lays low in trailer.

We saw Golfers out on the course.

It’s still sandals weather in December after 3 months on the road.

  1. Congrats Rog on your fearless trek across the bridge! Know what that feels like. And Linda is awesome at finding things that go bump in the night or that look interestingly yucky! Such great pictures! Thank you! :-)

We’re on our way…!

Welcome to our stories… Retired life on the road. We did three nights at Lake Adam, MB. We had an entire bay to ourselves! Now we’re at Moose Mountain, SK, for one night. So far the roads have been great, and the trailer clutter reduced. This is our home for the next six months. We went Bananas in Melita MB. Crossing the border!

The Peanut Butter is in the sink…

Early A&W coffee in Carlisle SK. They only had cream, so… out to the trailer for milk! Rich Hopps was right! A&W coffee IS really smooth. Then off to Big Muddy!   Badlands and Castle Butte  Linda got to check Big Muddy off her map! And after two years Linda still can’t always close the truck door (door seal vs air pressure). For what it’s worth sorting has found a place.

Peanut Butter now in recycling…
